Love this color and the pen point and does not budge until i use my oil cleanser
Haven't used it on my eyes yet but I did a search test on the back of my hand to see how it holds up. I received the brown shade and it's a nice deep brown. It definitely dries fast and stays on a long time. Not easily wiped off unless your purposely trying to cleanse it off and it's waterproof!!!!
