Pump didn’t work!

I reached out about this issue and nothing was fixed, but when I opened the bottle nothing would pump out so I’m stuck hoping I’ll get what I can out the bottle. I’m considering since I purchased on sale, if it was a defect bottle. I bought the shade medium 40 G , it’s nice, full coverage for the most part but I must hydrate my skin properly before, for me to be able to blend properly as it is a little stiff . Love the melt spray and setting powder as well

Pump doesn't work

I tried to pump the foundation bottle and nothing was coming out! I was so excited and now to use it I'd have to open it and put it on the back of my hand.

The coverage is great, but this is my 3rd time trying this foundation in a different shade. Even using the color quiz andtrying different undertones, it keeps turning yellow/orange on my face.
