Hydrating and Grippy

I love the feel of this on my mature skin! It holds my foundation well. I am very pleased with this powerhouse primer. It is not easy to find a water-based primer. If you're looking for a primer that offers hydration and a tacky finish without silicones, this is the primer for you!!
