Can I cancel my order?
It is our priority to get your order to you as fast as possible and for this reason we, unfortunately, are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
We always recommend checking your shipping address before completing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the shipping address after the order is placed and we are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided at the checkout process. However, when you receive the tracking information you may check with the shipping courier if they are able to accommodate your request.
Can I add/remove an item on my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add or remove item(s) from your order once it has been placed.

We have a maximum purchase limit of 9 items per sku. 9 or more units of the same sku are considered final sale.

WHAT IS YOUR Shipping POLICY?
Standard shipping is free in the Continental United States with orders of $50 or more. Please refer to our shipping table for all orders under $50 or express orders.
ONE/SIZE CURRENTLY SHIPS TO ALL 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, OR PO BOXES, MILITARY (APO/FPO/DPO).
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days. Estimated Transit times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
The express shipping option is only available for carts that do not contain hazmat products.

ONE/SIZE makeup products are sold at Sephora Canada stores. If you are outside the US and Canada please enter your details HERE and we will let you know when we are available in your country.
What is your return policy?
ONE/SIZE offers free returns* and/or exchanges within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on onesizebeauty.com. Products purchased from our retailer partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. To start your return or exchange visit our Returns Center. You'll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code. Please note if there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange an invoice is emailed. The invoice must be paid before the exchange order is released. If you have used Afterpay as a payment method, please be aware that the processing times may be longer. Please note, exchange orders will be promptly shipped to you, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. In the case of refund requests, we offer an optional credit equal to the value of the returned items. But if you'd rather have your cash back, no sweat! We will take care of your return request which will be processed as normal, requiring no further action on your part.
