You can log into your account to see the details of a recently placed order. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you are still unable to find the details of your order please reach out to us at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once you place your order we begin processing it right away because we want to do our best to get your order to you asap. If you need to make changes after receiving an order confirmation email please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and have your order number ready. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Returns
WHAT IS YOUR Shipping POLICY?
Standard shipping is free in the Continental United States with orders of $35 or more. Please refer to our shipping table for all orders under $35 or express orders.
ONE/SIZE currently ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer shipping times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, or PO boxes, Military (APO/FPO/DPO).
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days. Estimated Transit times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
The express shipping option is only available for carts that do not contain hazmat products.

Where can I find ONE/SIZE outside of the United States?
ONE/SIZE makeup products are sold at Sephora Canada stores. If you are outside the US and Canada please enter your details HERE and we will let you know when we are available in your country.
What is your return policy?
We are so sorry if you are not happy with your ONE/SIZE products. ONE/SIZE can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened or gently used items purchased from onesizebeauty.com and must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product and with a copy of the sales receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and reason for the return or exchange in the body of the email. We will issue you a return label. All refunds and exchanges will incur a fee of $7 for the return shipping.
Exchanges will be issued for products of lesser and equal value once we receive the unused product back.

I received the wrong product or my product arrived damaged. Can I return it?
If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and a photo if possible. A ONE/SIZE team member will help you out!
