How can I see the status of my order?

You can log into your account to see the details of a recently placed order. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you are still unable to find the details of your order please reach out to us at hello@onesizebeauty.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Can I cancel my order?

It is our priority to get your order to you as fast as possible and for this reason we, unfortunately, are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

I entered the wrong email address for my order. What should I do?

Please contact us at hello@onesizebeauty.com and include the order number and your full name so we can update your information on file.

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

We always recommend checking your shipping address before completing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the shipping address after the order is placed and we are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided at the checkout process. However, when you receive the tracking information you may check with the shipping courier if they are able to accommodate your request.

Can I add/remove an item on my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add or remove item(s) from your order once it has been placed.

What payment is accepted on onesizebeauty.com?

Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Afterpay, SHOP PAY, AND GOOGLE PAY.

Does ONE/SIZE have a maximum purchase policy?

We have a maximum purchase limit of 9 items per sku. 9 or more units of the same sku are considered final sale.

WHAT IS YOUR Shipping POLICY?

Business Days + Holidays
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Processing + Delivery Times

U.S. Orders
Processing generally takes us 2-3 business days to process and pack.  For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 7 business days. One/Size currently ships to all 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, or PO boxes, military (Apo/Fpo/Dpo). These shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated Transit times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday. Please see our Terms of Service for details.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Please note that if you choose to use a package forwarding company to ship your order outside of the United States, One/Size Beauty will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not be able to offer replacements or refunds for items that are reported missing or damaged if we have reason to believe that they have been delivered to a package forwarding company. Thank you for your understanding.

What is your return policy?

US Returns & Exchanges

ONE/SIZE offers free returns* and/or exchanges within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on onesizebeauty.com. Products purchased from our retailer partners should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used. To start your return or exchange visit our Returns Center. You'll need the order number and email address associated with your purchase, or your shipping zip code. Please note if there is a price difference to be paid in an exchange an invoice is emailed. The invoice must be paid before the exchange order is released. If you have used Afterpay as a payment method, please be aware that the processing times may be longer. If you have any further questions, please contact our client services at hello@onesizebauty.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S. Please contact our support team at  hello@onesizebeauty.com. 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or incorrect product. To initiate the process for a free exchange or a request for a refund, please click here (https://returns.onesizebeauty.com/). You will need to provide the email address associated with your order and the order number. Next, you will receive step-by-step instructions. 

 

Please note, exchange orders will be promptly shipped to you, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. In the case of refund requests, we offer an optional credit equal to the value of the returned items. But if you'd rather have your cash back, no sweat! We will take care of your return request which will be processed as normal, requiring no further action on your part.
