How can I see the status of my order?

You can log into your account to see the details of a recently placed order. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you are still unable to find the details of your order please reach out to us at hello@onesizebeauty.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Can I cancel my order?

It is our priority to get your order to you as fast as possible and for this reason we, unfortunately, are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

I entered the wrong email address for my order. What should I do?

Please contact us at hello@onesizebeauty.com and include the order number and your full name so we can update your information on file.

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

We always recommend checking your shipping address before completing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the shipping address after the order is placed and we are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided at the checkout process. However, when you receive the tracking information you may check with the shipping courier if they are able to accommodate your request.

Can I add/remove an item on my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add or remove item(s) from your order once it has been placed.

What payment is accepted on onesizebeauty.com?

Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Afterpay, SHOP PAY, AND GOOGLE PAY.

Does ONE/SIZE have a maximum purchase policy?

We have a maximum purchase limit of 9 items per sku. If you have a need to purchase more than 9 please reach out to us at hello@onesizebeauty.com.

Shipping & Returns

WHAT IS YOUR Shipping POLICY?

Standard shipping is free in the Continental United States with orders of $50 or more. Please refer to our shipping table for all orders under $50 or express orders.

ONE/SIZE CURRENTLY SHIPS TO ALL 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, OR PO BOXES, MILITARY (APO/FPO/DPO).

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days. Estimated Transit times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

The express shipping option is only available for carts that do not contain hazmat products.

Where can I find ONE/SIZE outside of the United States?

ONE/SIZE makeup products are sold at Sephora Canada stores. If you are outside the US and Canada please enter your details HERE and we will let you know when we are available in your country.

What is your return policy?

To start your return or exchange visit our Return Center. You'll need the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and the shipping zip code. Next, you'll receive step-by-step instructions, select the product(s) to return and the return reason. For exchanges, select your new item for exchange. Your prepaid shipping label or QR Scan code will be generated once your return or exchange has been authorized. Make sure your items are securely packaged and take it to the nearest FedEx drop-off location.

 

After your return has been completed, you'll receive a temporary credit equal to the
value of the returned item(s). You can use this credit to make a new purchase that will ship right away. If you don't use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded.

 

All exchanges are shipped instantly at no additional costs.
